Phill Evans
Chief Executive Officer
As one of the founders of RDB Concepts, Phill has been with the company since the beginning in 2001. His vision to provide quality IT care and support is behind RDB’s Concepts success. With experience in many IT sectors including retail, banking and data warehousing, Phill really has experienced it all.
Sue Evans
Chief Finance Officer
Sue co‑founded RDB Concepts and now manages the company’s day‑to‑day operations. Her career started in IT support before she trained as a DBA, working in sectors ranging from telecoms and insurance to the NHS. That variety gave her a strong sense of how to step back, join the dots and see the wider picture. As RDB evolved, Sue shifted away from technical delivery and took on responsibility for finances, HR and contracts.
Kash Hussain
Director of Operations and Innovation
Kash leads the operational delivery of all managed services and plays a key role in developing our multi‑disciplined Technical Services team. With a strong technical background, he is committed to ensuring clients receive the highest standard of support in resolving their issues. Having been with RDB Concepts for over 13 years, Kash has developed a broad and valuable skill set that enables him to effectively grow, mentor, and support individuals across the company.
Mumtaz Ali
Head of Service
Mumtaz joined RDB Concepts in January 2019 and has a wealth of experience in Service Management, having setup, relocated, re-established and then continuously improving process and procedures within service functions. Mumtaz is responsible for the RDB Service Desk which acts as the single point of contact for our clients throughout the lifecycle of the managed services contract and all activity related to the efficient and effective delivery of service to meet the requirements of our client contractual obligations.
Hardeep Channa
Director of Professional Services and Innovation
The newest member of the RDB Concepts management team, Hardeep has joined RDB Concepts with over 15 years’ experience in data and analytics. Having worked across multiple sectors Hardeep is experienced in managing project delivery and development teams. With years of technical experience including Microsoft full stack development, Data warehousing, Power BI and Tableau, Hardeep will be leading the RDB evolution to provide Azure based products / solutions to clients.
Megan
Security Services Manager
Megan leads the Security Services team at RDB, delivering cyber security services and guidance to clients while looking after information security and compliance across the business. She's helped shape our integrated management systems and keeps risk and governance running smoothly. Megan is passionate about using structure and process to make things better - helping the business and our clients stay secure, efficient and always improving.
